Gregory Benedikt’s life changed when he learned the #1 regret of the dying: “I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.” At 25, he was ticking every box society said would make him happy—“dream job” in finance, a full bank account—but his soul was empty. He felt it down to his core: his life had no purpose.
In one bold move, Gregory quit his job and co-founded a nonprofit that partnered with the International Coaching Federation to bring leadership coaching to underserved high schools. Witnessing coaching’s life-changing impact lit a fire inside him. That fire turned into his “second life”—becoming a coach himself. Trained through the University of San Diego's ICF-Accredited Leadership Coaching Program, he’s since helped over 200 clients, from first-time coaches to Fortune 500 executives.
